There is no excuse from the two entities above to allow this behaviour to continue! The groups NATO and EU were created to ensure that no more bullying from bigger countries would continue and in fact more unity together to help stand against other non NATO or EU countries was a must!
However, what is clear now is the hypocrisy of these groups when it involves one of their own countries and how they turn a blind eye! However, how long can these tow entities pretend it does not happen! The proof is all over the social media of the bullying - the hate campaign and the joke Spain is making of both the EU and the NATO is clearly seen!
NATO - is an intergovernmental military alliance based on the North Atlantic Treaty which was signed on 4 April 1949. The organization constitutes a system of collective defence whereby its member states agree to mutual defense in response to an attack by any external party. NATO's headquarters are in Brussels, Belgium, one of the 28 member states across North America and Europe, the newest of which, Albania and Croatia, joined in April 2009. An additional 22 countries participate in NATO's "Partnership for Peace", with 15 other countries involved in institutionalized dialogue programs. The combined military spending of all NATO members constitutes over 70% of the world's defence spending.
EU - a move away from Nationalism? - The European Union (EU) is an economic and political union of 28 member states that are located primarily in Europe.[12][13] The EU operates through a system of supranational independent institutions and intergovernmental negotiated decisions by the member states.[14][15] Institutions of the EU include the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the European Council, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Central Bank, the Court of Auditors, and the European Parliament. The European Parliament is elected every five years by EU citizens. The EU's de facto capital is Brussels.[4]
SO WHERE IS THE JUSTICE AND SECURITY PROTECTION OF GIBRALTAR AND ITS PEOPLE?
WHEN WILL UK - FCO DO SOMETHING?
WILL IT REALLY HAVE TO BE A DEATH BEFORE SOME PREVENTIVE ACTION IS DONE?
WHY IS UK SO SLOW TO ACT TOWARDS THE BULLY THAT SPAIN IS?
This is not only happening now but it is more frequent than ever before - below are some other dates: THANKS TO MILITARY PHOTOS .NET-

Royal Navy in armed standoff with Spanish off coast of Gibraltar
Britain complains to Spain after an armed standoff between Royal Navy and Guardia Civil off the coast of Gibraltar
The UK has issued a formal complaint to the Spanish government after the Royal
Navy was involved in an armed stand-off in Gibraltar
territorial waters in the latest escalation of tensions over the British
territory.
The Ministry of Defence accused a Guardia Civil patrol boat of "manoeuvring
in a dangerous and provocative manner" after sailing too close to a
Royal Navy squadron carrying out a routine operation on Wednesday morning.
The Navy's Gibraltar squadron was providing force protection to a Royal Fleet
Auxiliary tanker when a Spanish patrol boat breached the security cordon.
The Spanish vessel was ordered to leave the area by armed sailors on the HMS
Scimitar, which carries two machine guns mounted on its stern, but the
warning was ignored.
The incident led to a tense armed stand-off and resulted in a minor collision
between the Guardia Civil vessel and a Royal Gibraltar Police patrol boat.
"There was an incident which involved a Guardia Civil vessel manoeuvring
in a dangerous and provocative manner in the vicinity of Royal Naval vessels
which followed appropriate operational procedures," a spokesman from
the Foreign and Commonwealth Office confirmed.
"There was a minor collision between a Defence Police vessel and the Spanish vessel but no damage or injuries were sustained. We have raised this at a high level with the Spanish government and are issuing a formal written protest," he said.
A senior source at the Ministry of Defence based in Gibraltar claim that the proximity of the Guardia Civil vessel to a military operation had created a potentially volatile situation.
"It was a stupid thing to do, completely and utterly dangerous," the source told The Gibraltar Chronicle.
On Friday, a bank holiday in Spain, a Spanish foreign ministry source said no formal complaint from the UK had yet been received. "But we are aware of the incident. These waters are Spanish and the patrol vessel was carrying out routine work."
The matter was raised in the House of Lords on Thursday when Conservative peer Baroness Hooper said "guns were pointed at each other" and called for a full inquiry into the incident.
Tensions escalated in the 300-year dispute over sovereignty in August when Spain began imposing lengthy queues at the border as a retaliatory measure after Gibraltar's creation of an artificial reef in the disputed waters.
Brussels sent an EU monitoring unit to the border in September on the request of David Cameron who called the border checks "disproportionate and politically motivated".
Gibraltar's government has complained over the constant "incursions" of Spanish Guardia Civil vessels into its waters and Britain has made regular formal protests over the matter during the last year.
Spain still claims sovereignty over the tiny territory on its southern tip that was ceded to the British in the 1713 Treaty of Utrecht.

Tensions between Whitehall and Madrid look set to escalate further still following yet another skirmish in the disputed coastal waters off Gibraltar earlier this week.
The UK's Ministry of Defence has reported how a Spanish police boat “maneuvered in a dangerous and provocative manner” close to where Royal Navy ships were positioned within Gibraltar’s territorial waters. The act resulted in a minor collision, with just superficial damage being recorded, however it has resulted in the UK launching a further formal complaint to Spain.
Relations between Spain and the UK concerning sovereignty of the British overseas territory have deteriorated over recent months, prompting a delegation from the EU to visit the rock to investigate claims of illegal incursions and activities filed by both parties.

TENSE STANDOFF AS GUARDIA CIVIL BREACH ROYAL NAVY OPERATION
An armed Royal Navy patrol boat was at hand when an MoD Gibraltar Defence police vessel was involved in a collision with a Guardia Civil vessel early yesterday morning after the Spanish crew sailed too close to a Royal Fleet Auxiliary tanker in British Gibraltar territorial waters. The Royal Navy’s Gibraltar Squadron was providing force protection to the RFA Wave Ruler when the Spanish patrol boat Rio Tormes breached the security cordon. Armed sailors on HMS Scimitar ordered the Spanish vessel to leave the area but the Guardia Civil ignored the warning, resulting in a tense standoff and risky close-quarter manoeuvring.
“We can confirm that there was an incident which involved a Guardia Civil vessel manoeuvring in a dangerous and provocative manner in the vicinity of Royal Naval vessels,” a spokesman for the Convent told the Chronicle. Asked if the Royal Navy had trained weapons on the Spanish vessel, the Convent spokesman said the British sailors had “followed appropriate operational procedures” during the incident. “No shots were fired and there were no injuries,” he added. “There was a minor collision but no damage occurred.” MoD has today clarified our earlier report and confirmed that the collission was with a GDP vessel and not the RN ship.
The incident occurred yesterday just before 8 am while the Gibraltar Squadron was providing force protection to the tanker during a routine transfer off Europa Point. Senior sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the proximity of the Guardia Civil vessel to a military operation had created a potentially volatile situation. “It was a stupid thing to do, completely and utterly dangerous,” one source said.
HMS Scimitar, which was accompanied by Royal Navy rigid-hull inflatable boats and a vessel from the Gibraltar Defence Police at the time, is always armed during force protection duties.

Tense standoff as Guardia Civil breach Royal Navy operation
by Brian ReyesThe Royal Navy’s Gibraltar Squadron was providing force protection to the RFA Wave Ruler when the Spanish patrol boat Rio Tormes breached the security cordon.

The Royal Navy patrol boat is equipped with small arms, including two general purpose machine guns mounted at the stern.
The incident generated a flurry of diplomatic activity as officials here briefed British ministers and officials in Whitehall.
“UK ministers have been kept fully informed and we will be raising this at a high level with the Spanish government,” the Convent spokesman added.
The British Ministry of Defence is also investigating the incident.
“We are aware of an incident and we are looking at the exact circumstances,” a spokesman for Headquarters British Forces Gibraltar told the Chronicle yesterday.
Collision incursion raised in the Lords - http://www.chronicle.gi/headlines_details.php?id=31425
by Brian ReyesConservative peer Baroness Hooper asked the British Government to provide details of the incident, which was first revealed by the Chronicle.
“I was particularly saddened to learn that only yesterday there was a serious incident when a Guardia Civil patrol boat (
had a slight collision with a royal naval supply ship in British territorial waters and guns were pointed at each other,” she said during a debate in the Lords on Thursday.
“Can my noble friend the Minister inform us of any steps that the Government may have taken about this incident?”
Business Minister Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon replied that he would write to Baroness Hooper with “the full facts” and place a copy in the library of the House of Lords in due course.
A spokesman for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office had previously confirmed that the matter would be “raised at a
high level with the Spanish government”.
Officials at the Convent told the Chronicle on Wednesday that the Spanish patrol boat had sailed in a “dangerous and provocative” manner close to the Royal Fleet Auxiliary tanker Wave Ruler.
They said the Guardia Civil ignored warnings to leave the area and was involved in a minor collision with a Gibraltar Defence Police boat, which was providing force protection to the tanker alongside vessels from the Royal Navy’s Gibraltar Squadron.
Yesterday, a spokesman for the Guardia Civil in Algeciras played down the collision and told Europa Sur newspaper that it had not been logged as an incident.
WIDER DEBATE
The question on the incident in Gibraltar waters arose during a wider debate in the House of Lords on diversity in the British overseas territories.
During that debate, Lord Ahmad repeated the British Government’s longstanding position on Gibraltar’s sovereignty.
“The UK will never enter into arrangements under which the people of Gibraltar would pass under the sovereignty of another state,” he said.
“I assure my noble friend Lady Hooper that this will never happen against their freely and democratically expressed wishes.”
UK to protest to Spain over Gibraltar armed stand-off - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-24769908
The UK is to protest to the Spanish government "at a high level" after an armed stand-off in Gibraltarian territorial waters.
The Ministry of Defence has accused a Guardia Civil patrol
boat of "manoeuvring in a provocative and dangerous manner in the
vicinity of Royal Navy vessels".No shots were fired in the incident.
But there was a minor collision between the Spanish vessel and a Gibraltar Defence Police boat.
The incident happened on Wednesday while the Gibraltar Squadron was providing force protection to a Royal Navy Fleet Auxiliary tanker in Gibraltarian territorial waters.
According to the Gibraltar Chronicle, the Spanish patrol boat Rio Tormes sailed too close to a Royal Navy vessel after breaching a security cordon off the British territory.
Armed crew members on HMS Scimitar ordered the Spanish vessel to leave the area but the Guardia Civil vessel reportedly ignored the warning, resulting in a stand-off.
Speaking in the House of Lords on Thursday, Conservative peer Baroness Hooper said "guns were pointed at each other" during Wednesday's incident.
Asked to confirm this, a Foreign Office spokesman said the Royal Navy crew had followed "appropriate operational procedures".
The spokesman confirmed that "there was an incident" and that it would be "raised at a high level with the Spanish government".
Business minister Lord Ahmad told Lady Hooper he would write to her with the "full facts" about the incident.
